Ilkeston Advertiser
The Ilkeston Advertiser is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in the town of Ilkeston and the Borough of Erewash in Derbyshire, including Long Eaton and Sandiacre (from its foundation in 1881 until July 2010 its full title was the Ilkeston Advertiser & Erewash Valley Weekly News).
It’s published by the Chesterfield-based Derbyshire Times Group (Wilfred Edmunds Ltd), part of the Johnston Press regional newspaper empire. The editorial offices are in Ilkeston and since October 2012 have been shared with five other newspapers for central Derbyshire and south-western Nottinghamshire: the Belper News, the Eastwood & Kimberley Advertiser, the Hucknall Dispatch and the Ripley & Heanor News.
It comes out on Thursdays.
