Stretford & Urmston Advertiser
The Stretford & Urmston Advertiser is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper delivered to homes in the towns of Stretford, Urmston, Davyhulme and Flixton in the Greater Manchester Metropolitan Borough of Trafford.
It’s published by MEN Media, part of Trinity Mirror and publisher of the Manchester Evening News. It’s one of two titles that replaced the earlier Trafford Metro in October 2010.
In common with MEN Media’s other titles, it’s produced from their headquarters on the outskirts of Oldham. It used to share a website with the other new title for Trafford, the Sale & Altrincham Advertiser; but its web presence is now through the Trafford local section of the Manchester Evening News‘s website.
It comes out on Thursdays.
