Brentwood Yellow Advertiser

The Brentwood Yellow Advertiser – in full, the Brentwood, Shenfield, Hutton Yellow Advertiser – is a weekly freesheet tabloid delivered to homes in the town and Borough of Brentwood in south-western Essex.

It was established in 1978 as a local edition of the Yellow Advertiser series founded two years earlier, although the word Brentwood didn’t make it into the title until 1987. Along with the other Yellow Advertiser titles, it was bought by Tindle Newspapers from Trinity Mirror in July 2007. It’s now formally published by Yellow Advertiser Ltd, a wholly-owned Tindle subsidiary.

As with the rest of the Yellow Advertiser series, the editorial offices are in Basildon.

It comes out on Thursdays. An e-edition’s also available free via the website.
