Walthamstow Yellow Advertiser
The Walthamstow Yellow Advertiser (in full the Walthamstow, Leyton, Chingford Yellow Advertiser; previously the Waltham Forest Yellow Advertiser) is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper for the London Borough of Waltham Forest in the North East of Greater London, including the communities of Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford.
It’s part of a group of several Yellow Advertiser newspapers covering West and South Essex and eastern and north-eastern Greater London. The group was founded in 1976 (with a Waltham Forest edition starting publication in 1982) and was acquired from Trinity Mirror by Tindle Newspapers in 2007. All the titles are based in Basildon.
It comes out on Thursdays. A free e-edition is also available via the website.
