Eastwood & Kimberley Advertiser
The Eastwood & Kimberley Advertiser (also known simply as the Eastwood Advertiser) is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in the towns of Eastwood and Kimberley and surrounding parts of the District of Broxtowe, to the west of Nottingham.
It was founded in 1894. Up until 2007 it bore the subtitle and Greasley, Awsworth, Newthorpe and Watnall News.
It’s published by Chesterfield-based Wilfred Edmunds (Derbyshire Times) Ltd, a branch of the Johnston Press group of regional newspaper publishers. The editorial offices are in Ilkeston and shared with the Ilkeston Advertiser; an office in Eastwood closed at the end of May 2011.
It underwent a facelift in May 2012.
It comes out on Fridays.
