The Trader
The Trader is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper distributed to homes around the town of Newark-on-Trent and nearby towns and principal villages in south-eastern Nottinghamshire and western Lincolnshire to a radius of about 10 miles, including the Southwell area.
It’s published by independent publishers Newark Advertiser Co. Ltd as a companion to their paid-for weekly tabloid Newark Advertiser series. The editorial offices are in Newark.
It has no website of its own; the link below is to its parent newspaper, the Newark Advertiser.
It was known as The Trader Pictorial up to 2010. It recently switched publication day from Wednesday to Tuesday.
