Havering Yellow Advertiser

The Havering Yellow Advertiser (or, as its masthead has it, the Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster Yellow Advertiser) is a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper delivered to households in the London Borough of Havering in eastern Greater London, an area which includes the towns of Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham.

It’s part of a group of several Yellow Advertiser newspapers covering West and South Essex and eastern and north-eastern Greater London. The group was founded in 1976 (with the Havering edition starting publication in 1983) and acquired from Trinity Mirror by Tindle Newspapers in 2007. All are based in Basildon.

It comes out on Thursdays. A free e-edition is also available via the website.
