Linlithgow Advertiser (defunct)

The Linlithgow Advertiser was a weekly freesheet tabloid newspaper for the town of Linlithgow and nearby villages in West Lothian, including Blackness, Philpstoun and Bridgend.

It was published by Johnston (Falkirk) Ltd, the original company out of which the nationwide regional newspaper group Johnston Press emerged. It was one of a series of three weekly freesheets headed by the Falkirk Advertiser.

The editorial offices were shared with the Linlithgow Gazette, in Linlithgow High Street.

It had no website of its own; the link below is to the Gazette‘s website.

It came out on Wednesdays.

It was merged into the Falkirk Advertiser in January 2011.
